Mount Faber Peak
1. What is Mount Faber Peak and what does it offer?
Located at the top of Mount Faber, Mount Faber Peak is an iconic hilltop destination and the home of the Singapore Cable Car – Mount Faber Line. For best experience, we recommend that you start your journey to Sentosa by taking the cable car as the breathtaking scenery unfolds around you, 100m above sea level.
At Mount Faber Peak, you will be able to wine, dine and unwind while enjoying an unforgettable view of Singapore’s harbour and city skyline. You can also shop for unique and exclusive items at Singapore Cable Car Gift Shop.
2. Where is Faber Point situated and what can I find there?
Faber Point is only a 10 minute-walk away from the lobby. It is another excellent lookout point that sits atop the peak of Mount Faber Park – Faber Point. It is where the most stunning view of Singapore’s modern skyscraper skyline can be seen. A walk up and around this circular platform, you can get more information about Singapore’s colourful history on the copper-tooled mural panels surrounding it. A Merlion Sculpture, Singapore’s mythical symbol is also represented on Faber Point.
3. Where can I park my car and how much do you charge for the valet parking?
You can park your vehicle free of charge at Carpark B (before Mount Faber Peak lobby) or, Carpark C, or engage valet service at $6/vehicle that is provided at the lobby. Valet parking is complimentary for diners except on Eve of Public Holidays, Public Holidays and Valentine’s Day (14 February).
Valet parking is available from:
Mondays to Fridays: 10:00AM to 10:30PM
Saturdays, Sundays and Eve of Public Holidays and Public Holidays: 10:30AM to 10:30PM
4. Is there a lift that I can take?
There is a lift located at Level 1 at Mount Faber Peak.
5. How do I get to the cable car station?
You can take the stairs up from level 1, make a right turn into the retail shop, Singapore Cable Car Gift Shop and proceed to the Mount Faber Cable Car Station. Alternatively, you can take the lift up to Level 2. After stepping out, turn to the right and proceed towards the Cable Car Station.
6. How do I get a taxi?
You can wait for a Taxi coming up the hill or you can book one by dialling +65 6552 1111. Alternatively, you can use your cable car ticket and take a ride down to HarbourFront Cable Car station to get a taxi at HarbourFront Centre.
7. Is there an ATM machine here?
There are no ATM machines within Mount Faber Peak. However, you will be able to find one at the HarbourFront Centre.
8. Where is the nearest MRT station and how do I get there?
HarbourFront MRT.
From Mount Faber Peak:
You can take the Singapore Cable Car to HarbourFront station and walk into HarbourFront Centre to find the HarbourFront MRT station.
From HarbourFront:
You can walk to the HarbourFront Centre to find the HarbourFront MRT station.
From Sentosa:
You can take the Singapore Cable Car or Sentosa Express that will bring you to HarbourFront situated near the MRT station. If you are taking the bus, it will stop at the Seah Im bus interchange which is located near the MRT station.
9. Do you accept NETS?
Yes, only at the ticketing counter and Singapore Cable Car Gift Shops.
Not available at Arbora @ Mount Faber Peak and Dusk @ Mount Faber Peak.
10. Do you accept credit cards?
Yes. The Singapore Cable Car Gift Shop, Arbora @ Mount Faber Peak and Dusk @ Mount Faber Peak accept Visa, Mastercard, Diners, AMEX, Samsung Pay, and Apple Pay. Ticketing counters accept Visa, Mastercard, JCB, AMEX, WeChat Pay and Samsung Pay.
11. How high is Mount Faber?
Standing at 106 metres above sea level, Mount Faber is Singapore’s third highest hill and a popular tourist destination. It was originally named Telok Blangah Hill then renamed as Mount Faber in July 1845, in honour of Captain Charles Edward Faber of the Madras Engineers.
12. Is it better to go to Mount Faber Peak at night or in the day?
Mount Faber Peak is charming both day and night. Have lunch at Arbora @ Mount Faber Peak in the daytime and dine with amazing views of the harbour, ports and lush greenery. Catch the sunset in the evening at Dusk @ Mount Faber Peak over a drink and stay on for a romantic dinner in the company of dazzling city lights.
Day:
Enjoy a clear view of the Sentosa Island, Port of Singapore, city skyline as well as parts of the Indonesia Islands. There are more areas to explore, as it is brighter in the day.
Night:
Enjoy the cool breeze as you wine and dine at our F&B outlets. Enjoy the night view with the beautiful night lights of the city of Singapore.
13. Can I organise a photoshoot/videoshoot or fly a drone at your premises?
a. Drone/Unmanned Aircraft
Flying of unmanned aircraft should comply with the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore’s guidelines for Operator Permit and/or Activity Permit.
Mount Faber Peak
Flying of drones is prohibited in close proximity to our cable car lines. Please refer to https://www.caas.gov.sg/public-passengers/unmanned-aircraft/permitted-flying-areas-and-no-fly-zones for the No-fly zones.
For other areas at Mount Faber Peak, request must be made in writing to [email protected] at least 10 days in advance.
Sentosa

16. Are there any promotions if I dine at Mount Faber Peak?

17. Where can I find maps of Sentosa?
You can obtain a map of Sentosa from ticketing counters at Sentosa Cable Car Station and at the Sentosa Island itself.

18. Where can I go to enjoy a good view?
There are numerous viewing points for you to enjoy a good view. The veranda at Arbora Hilltop Garden & Bistro offers a beautiful view of the harbour and Faber Point offers a bird’s eye view of the lush greenery below. Alternatively, you can enjoy a meal with amazing views at our restaurants, Arbora @ Mount Faber Peak or Dusk @ Mount Faber Peak.
Attraction
1. How long is my online ticket valid for?
Online tickets are valid for 90 days upon the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated. All tickets purchased in a single transaction must be redeemed together, partial redemption is not allowed. Tickets redeemed are valid for on-day usage only.
2. What is the age range for child and senior tickets?
A child is defined as between the ages of 4 to 12 years old (before 13th birthday). A senior is defined as anyone 60 years old and above. Children below 4 will be granted admission free-of-charge. Mount Faber Leisure Group (“MFLG”) reserves the right to request for the presentation of documents for verification of age.
3. What happens after I have made a booking?
After successful payment, you will receive an email acknowledgement with booking summary and e-ticket (if applicable).
4. I did not receive my email confirmation, what should I do?
An email confirmation containing your booking summary and e-ticket (if applicable) will be sent to your email address indicated during checkout to inform you on where to redeem your purchase on the day of your arrival. 6. Can I amend/refund my purchase after making payment?
Please note that all completed and confirmed transactions CANNOT BE CANCELLED, REFUNDED OR AMENDED under any circumstances. We encourage you to check through your booking details at the Shopping Cart before you proceed to make payment.
7. How does inclement weather affect the availability of the Singapore Cable Car, SkyHelix Sentosa and Wings of Time Fireworks?
For your safety, the Mount Faber Line and Sentosa Line of the Singapore Cable Car Sky Network and outdoor attractions, such as SkyHelix Sentosa and Wings of Time Fireworks Symphony, may be temporarily unavailable in the event of inclement weather.

1. Where can I purchase tickets for the Cable Car?
You can purchase tickets from self-help kiosks available at these 6 counters:
Mount Faber Line: Mount Faber Peak, HarbourFront Tower 2, Sentosa Station
Sentosa Line: Sensoryscape, Imbiah Lookout, Siloso Point

2. What time is the last cable car, or Sentosa Express on the island?
The last cable car boarding is at 9:30pm.
The last train for Sentosa Express is at 12 midnight.
3. I have purchased a package from the website, and it includes other attractions (E.g. Universal Studios Singapore, Trick Eye Museum, Madame Tussauds etc.). Where can I redeem the tickets?
For purchase of packages from our official online store (https://booking.mountfaberleisure.com/), please collect the tickets at our Ticketing Counters. Simply show the booking summary (barcode) to our ticketing host. All tickets purchased in a single transaction must be redeemed together, no partial redemption is allowed. Tickets redeemed are valid for on-day usage only.
Note: Upon redeeming Resorts World Sentosa tickets at our counter, registration to S.E.A. Aquarium, Universal Studios Singapore or Trick Eye Museum is required, subject to availability.
4. How can I enter Sentosa?
You can enter Sentosa by the Singapore Cable Car – Mount Faber Line. Cable car tickets can be purchased from HarbourFront Tower 2. You can also drive or take public transport and enter Sentosa via the main entrance. Alternatively, you can take a stroll via Sentosa Boardwalk from VivoCity Exit E.
5. Can the tickets be re-used for another day?
Tickets for cable car rides are only valid for the day it was purchased/redeemed. For attraction tickets, refer to the date of validity on the tickets issued.
6. How much is the tour package?
The prices differ in relation to the different packages. You can refer to www.mountfaberleisure.com/packages for more information on the various packages.
7. Can a wheelchair user take a Cable Car?
Manual wheelchair users are welcome to take the cable car and alight at any of the cable car stations. There are lifts provided at the stations.
Motorised wheelchairs are not allowed on the cable car due to safety reasons.
8. How much is the cost for each attraction?
The price for each attraction differs. It would be best to check with the staff at the attractions to get the confirmed rate or to find out more about ongoing promotions and discounts available.
9. Where is the beach?
Beaches are located at the Southern parts of Sentosa and they are known as Siloso Beach, Tanjong Beach and Palawan Beach. You can take the Singapore Cable Car – Sentosa Line to Siloso Point Station and take a short walk to Siloso Beach.
10. Is the Sentosa admission ticket valid for a Cable Car ride?
Sentosa admission ticket does not entitle you to a Cable Car ride.
11. Where is the bus station?
The main bus interchange on the island is located at the Beach Station on Siloso beach. There are also many bus stations located around the island to take you to the various attractions (Bus A and Bus B).

1. How do I get to Singapore Cable Car from Harbourfront MRT?
At Harbourfront MRT, take Exit B to Harbourfront Tower 2 where our ticketing counter is located.

2. How far/long is the distance from Mount Faber to HarbourFront to Sentosa via the Singapore Cable Car?
Mount Faber to HarbourFront: 700 metres – around 6 minutes
HarbourFront to Sentosa: 950 metres – around 7 minutes
Mount Faber to Sentosa: 1650 metres – around 13 minutes
Time taken depends on weather conditions and speed of the cabin.
3. How long is a round trip cable car ride?
Mount Faber Line: 26-30 minutes depending on the weather and speed of the cabin.
Sentosa Line: 12-15 minutes depending on the weather and speed of the cabin.
4. Can I buy a one-way cable car ticket?
Please be informed that we only have round trip tickets or tickets for unlimited rides available.
5. Do I need to buy the tickets if in any case I decided to come back by cable car from Sentosa?
If you purchase a round trip ticket, it will not be necessary to purchase another ticket.
6. Can I alight at Mount Faber/HarbourFront/Sentosa for Mount Faber Line?
Yes, you can alight at any of the 3 stations if you purchase a round trip ticket.
7. Can I take a cable car to Sentosa and the Sentosa Express Train back to VivoCity?
Yes, you can do this with no extra charges to exit Sentosa by the Sentosa Express Train.
8. Can a pram/strollers or wheelchair user take a cable ride on the cable car?

The transportation of flammable materials such as liquid, gases, batteries (non-ionized/ionized lithium batteries) carries an inherent risk of sudden ignition.
b. Helium balloons
The string from a loose helium balloon may pose a risk of being entangled with the cable car rope system.

11. How many people can a cable car take?
The capacity for each cable car cabin is limited to no more than 8 persons, while each SkyOrb Cabin is limited to no more than 6 persons.

13. Do I have to share a cable car with others?
Our cable car cabins are meant for sharing; each cabin can sit up to 8 guests, while each SkyOrb Cabin can sit up to 6 guests.
14. Can I smoke in the cable car?
No. Smoking is not allowed in the cabin due to safety reasons.
15. Can I eat in the cable car?
Light snacks and drinks can be consumed inside the cable car. Please do help keep our cabins clean by removing your litter when you alight.
16. Why are there so many types of cable car tickets available?
Singapore Cable Car Sky Network consists of 2 lines, namely the Mount Faber Line and the Sentosa Line. The Mount Faber Line runs from Mount Faber to Sentosa while the Sentosa Line is an intra-island cableway and is available within Sentosa.
For purchase of:
- Cable Car Sky Pass – entitles you to ride on both the Mount Faber Line and the Sentosa Line
- Mount Faber Line – entitles you to ride on the Mount Faber Line only (runs on mainland Singapore). Stations are Mount Faber, HarbourFront, and Sentosa.
- Sentosa Line – entitles you to ride on the Sentosa Line only (within Sentosa) stations are Sensoryscape, Imbiah Lookout, and Siloso Point.

1. How can I make a reservation for Cable Car Sky Dining?
You can book a Cable Car Sky Dining experience online here.
2. How long does the Cable Car Sky Dining experience take?
Cable Car Sky Dining is a unique, multi-venue experience that combines breathtaking views with exquisite cuisine. Start with a drink at The Mirabilis Bar @ Mount Faber Peak, then dine aboard the Mount Faber Line for two scenic rounds (approximately 1 hour). Finish the evening with dessert at Arbora Cafe.
3. What is the cost for the Cable Car Sky Dining experience?
2-Course Menu (per pax) – $98++
3-Course Menu (per pax) – $108++
Kid’s Menu (per pax) – $38++

4. Will Cable Car Sky Dining continue in rainy weather?
The Cable Car Sky Dining experiences can be enjoyed safely in light rain. In the event of inclement weather or any other unforeseen circumstances that may arise, you may continue your dinner at Dusk @ Mount Faber Peak. If you haven’t commenced your dining experience, you may reschedule it to a later date.
5. Will there be a refund if I want to cancel my reservation?
There is a strict no refund policy. Please ensure your availability before making a booking for the Cable Car Sky Dining experience. To cancel or make changes to your reservation, please email [email protected] at least 3 days prior. A $50 per person fee applies for changes within 3 days or no-shows.
6. Can I postpone my reservation if I cannot make it on the day?
Yes, you may postpone your reservation if you notify us at least 3 days before the scheduled date. To do so, please email [email protected] with your reservation details and preferred new date.
7. Is it possible to go to the washroom halfway during the Cable Car Sky Dining?
For the best experience, you are encouraged to visit the washroom before boarding.
8. Do children (below 12 years) have to pay for the same price?
No. We offer a children’s menu for $38++.
9. Do you have Halal or Vegetarian options?
We are not halal-certified and do serve alcohol at our establishment.
Our existing menu includes vegetarian choices. Please let us know your preference when booking.
10. What is the type of food served?
Menus can be viewed here and are subject to changes.
11. Where do I board for my Cable Car Sky Dining experience?
Cable Car Sky Dining will commence at Mount Faber Cable Car Station. Please present your Cable Car Sky Dining e-ticket for registration and verification purposes.

We’re happy to help make your special occasion memorable! You can order wine and additional desserts at the restaurant (each course already includes dessert).
However, for your safety, and in compliance with regulations by the authorities, helium balloons and any flammable items including birthday candles are strictly not allowed within the cabin.
14. Do I have to pay for any extra beverage I request for?
Yes, you will be required to pay for the extra beverage according to the prices reflected in the drink’s menu.
15. Which station should I alight from after my dinner?
Alighting is only permitted at Mount Faber Cable Car Station. You may take the cable car to the HarbourFront Cable Car Station thereafter.
16. Can I book through the phone to reserve the Cable Car Sky Dining experience ?
No, we do not take phone bookings. If you are interested, you may book online.
17. I don’t have a credit card. Can I pay by cash?
Yes. you may pay by cash or NETS. If you do not have a credit card, you will have to pay for the Cable Car Sky Dining experience in advance at HarbourFront or Mount Faber ticketing counters for confirmation.
18. What time do I have to arrive for my Cable Car Sky Dining experience?
Recommended boarding time is between 5:30PM to 6:00PM. If you arrive after 6:30PM, you may have your dining duration shortened by 1 round.
19. What happens if I am coming from other cable car stations?
Please show your Cable Car Sky Dining e-ticket to our Attraction Host at the cable car station and they will assist you.
20. Can I bring my children along with me in a dining cabin?
Yes, we have a kid’s menu available. Do enquire for the menu.
Cable Car Sky Dining has a maximum capacity of 4 adults. Keep in mind that dining comfort may be compromised.
21. What is the number of diners allowed per cabin?
Cable Car Sky Dining has a maximum capacity of 4 adults. Keep in mind that dining comfort may be compromised.
Wedding
Wedding
1. Can I exchange dishes between the two menus without any top-up cost?
Yes, as long as the exchange is for items of the same value. Requesting a change in the cooking method is also possible with no additional top-up cost.
2. Can the dining package be booked with the garden?
The garden is an optional add-on to the dining package.
3. Can Dusk Restaurant & Bar be booked as a wedding venue?
Unfortunately, Dusk Restaurant & Bar is not available as a wedding venue due to its al fresco nature and lack of wet weather alternatives.
4. Do you have hotel stays included in the package?
We are a standalone wedding venue and do not have hotel rooms nor partnerships with hotels however there are numerous hotels in close proximity, including on Sentosa Island.
5. What if it rains and I have a garden solemnisation?
The solemnisation will be moved into your dining reception venue and guests will be seated according to the banquet seating arrangement. The solemnisation set up can be prepared in advance and as long as weather is clear, we can proceed with the arrangements within 30 minutes of notice.

7. Is parking available on premises?
Valet only parking is available on the premises for up to 60 cars, on a first come, first serve basis. The parking spaces are shared with event and F&B venues.
8. Is there public parking available at Mount Faber Peak?
Yes, there are public carparks at Mount Faber Peak.
9. Are cable car rides available for event guests?
Yes, we can provide a percentage of complimentary round trip tickets based on your confirmed guests’ numbers from HarbourFront to Mount Faber Peak. These complimentary tickets are considered transport only with no access to Sentosa. If you wish to have round trip tickets with access to Sentosa included, this can be purchased at the ticketing counter at prevailing rates . Please note the cable car operating hours in advance.
10. Do you allow external catering/ vendors?
External caterers or vendors are not allowed on our premises.
11. Can I bring my own wedding cake?
Yes, however it may be subject to additional charges for the cutting and service of the cake. Indemnity forms need to be endorsed and an invoice from the vendor needs to be provided for the cake to be brought in.
12. Do you have suggested vendors for photography?
Yes, we have suggested vendors for photography, videography, live-streaming and Zoom and we will be happy to share their details with you.
13. Do you have suggested vendors for flowers?
We work closely with our in-house florist and fresh flowers are included in every wedding package. We have a range of themes available. If you require more than the standard packages, we can refer you to our florist who can assist further.
14. Can I bring in my own florist to enhance the floral arrangements for my wedding lunch or dinner?
Yes, you are able to bring in your own florist to enhance the floral arrangements. Please inform us of how the enhancements will look like ahead of time.

No, the pricing reflected is exclusive of 10% service charge and prevailing Goods and Services Tax.
17. Do you provide a wedding cake in the wedding package?
We do provide a specially decorated model cake for ceremonial cake-cutting purposes and photographs, as part of your wedding package, however real cakes are not included.
18. Do you have a bridal/powder room?
Yes, both the Private Dining Room and Ballroom comes with a designated powder room, with air-conditioning, a mirror, dressing table and lighting, included in the package.
19. Can I do an event/proposal at the Mount Faber Peak vicinity?

20. Can I bring in my own wedding gifts?
Yes, you will be able to bring in your own wedding gifts if preferred, but we would appreciate it if you could inform us of the type of gifts ahead of time.
21. Can the garden solemnisation be booked without a dining package?

SkyHelix Sentosa Reservation Portal
1. Can I use this reservation portal to reschedule my tickets?
Our reservation portal is only for open-dated ticket holders to reserve their date of visit. Guests who are holding onto a dated ticket will not be allowed to reschedule their date of visit to SkyHelix Sentosa.
2. What does an open-dated ticket mean?
An open-dated ticket is:
- A ticket with no fixed date and timeslot (e.g. valid for 90 days ; from 1 July to 30 September)
- A ticket purchased via 3rd party websites such as Klook, KKDay, Globaltix, Partner’s platforms etc.
3. Can I change my date of visit after I have already booked a date on the Reservation Portal?
Only open-dated ticket holders are allowed to change their date of visit. Open-dated ticket holders are only allowed to change their date of visit up to 1 day before their reserved date. (i.e. if ticket has been reserved previously for 18 November 2022, guest must reschedule their tickets no later than 17 November 2022 – 1 day before the actual date).
Guest can reschedule their date of visit as long as there are seats available.
4. What documents do I need to bring with me to SkyHelix Sentosa on my day of visit?
Please kindly bring along your email confirmation sent via this Reservation Portal as well as your valid e-ticket (with QR code) for verification and entry.
5. The ticket code I entered returned an error and I am unable to proceed. How should I proceed?

The time slot reflected allows guests to visit SkyHelix Sentosa any time during our operating hours from 10am onwards. The last boarding is at 9.15pm. Boarding is on a first-come, first-served basis. Guests who arrive after the last boarding time will not be allowed on the ride.

1. How long does the ride last?
One ride lasts for approximately 12 minutes, including the time it takes for the ride to ascend and descend. Guests will enjoy 10 minutes of breathtaking views while at the apex.
2. What is the minimum age requirement?
There is no minimum age requirement for SkyHelix Sentosa, but guests must be at least 1.05m tall. Children under 12 years old need to be accompanied by an adult.
3. Will there be any timed tickets?
No, guests can visit SkyHelix Sentosa any time during our operating hours from 10am onwards. The last boarding is at 9.15pm and boarding is on a first-come, first-served basis. Guests who arrive after the last boarding time will not be allowed on the ride. Waiting time is expected as each ride can only accommodate 16 pax per round.
4. What is the maximum number of guests per ride?
SkyHelix Sentosa can accommodate a maximum of 16 guests per ride.

Yes, there will be storage facilities conveniently located at SkyHelix Sentosa for guests to deposit items they are unable to bring onboard the ride.

1. What is Mount Faber Peak and what does it offer?
Located at the top of Mount Faber, Mount Faber Peak is an iconic hilltop destination and the home of the Singapore Cable Car – Mount Faber Line. For best experience, we recommend that you start your journey to Sentosa by taking the cable car as the breathtaking scenery unfolds around you, 100m above sea level.
At Mount Faber Peak, you will be able to wine, dine and unwind while enjoying an unforgettable view of Singapore’s harbour and city skyline. You can also shop for unique and exclusive items at Singapore Cable Car Gift Shop.
2. Where is Faber Point situated and what can I find there?
Faber Point is only a 10 minute-walk away from the lobby. It is another excellent lookout point that sits atop the peak of Mount Faber Park – Faber Point. It is where the most stunning view of Singapore’s modern skyscraper skyline can be seen. A walk up and around this circular platform, you can get more information about Singapore’s colourful history on the copper-tooled mural panels surrounding it. A Merlion Sculpture, Singapore’s mythical symbol is also represented on Faber Point.
3. Where can I park my car and how much do you charge for the valet parking?
You can park your vehicle free of charge at Carpark B (before Mount Faber Peak lobby) or, Carpark C, or engage valet service at $6/vehicle that is provided at the lobby. Valet parking is complimentary for diners except on Eve of Public Holidays, Public Holidays and Valentine’s Day (14 February).

4. Is there a lift that I can take?
There is a lift located at Level 1 at Mount Faber Peak.

You can take the stairs up from level 1, make a right turn into the retail shop, Singapore Cable Car Gift Shop and proceed to the Mount Faber Cable Car Station. Alternatively, you can take the lift up to Level 2. After stepping out, turn to the right and proceed towards the Cable Car Station.
6. How do I get a taxi?
You can wait for a Taxi coming up the hill or you can book one by dialling +65 6552 1111. Alternatively, you can use your cable car ticket and take a ride down to HarbourFront Cable Car station to get a taxi at HarbourFront Centre.
7. Is there an ATM machine here?
There are no ATM machines within Mount Faber Peak. However, you will be able to find one at the HarbourFront Centre.
8. Where is the nearest MRT station and how do I get there?
HarbourFront MRT.
From Mount Faber Peak:
You can take the Singapore Cable Car to HarbourFront station and walk into HarbourFront Centre to find the HarbourFront MRT station.
From HarbourFront:

You can take the Singapore Cable Car or Sentosa Express that will bring you to HarbourFront situated near the MRT station. If you are taking the bus, it will stop at the Seah Im bus interchange which is located near the MRT station.

11. How high is Mount Faber?
Standing at 106 metres above sea level, Mount Faber is Singapore’s third highest hill and a popular tourist destination. It was originally named Telok Blangah Hill then renamed as Mount Faber in July 1845, in honour of Captain Charles Edward Faber of the Madras Engineers.
12. Is it better to go to Mount Faber Peak at night or in the day?
Mount Faber Peak is charming both day and night. Have lunch at Arbora @ Mount Faber Peak in the daytime and dine with amazing views of the harbour, ports and lush greenery. 1. How long is my online ticket valid for?
Online tickets are valid for 90 days upon the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated. All tickets purchased in a single transaction must be redeemed together, partial redemption is not allowed. Tickets redeemed are valid for on-day usage only.
2. What is the age range for child and senior tickets?
A child is defined as between the ages of 4 to 12 years old (before 13th birthday). A senior is defined as anyone 60 years old and above. Children below 4 will be granted admission free-of-charge. Mount Faber Leisure Group (“MFLG”) reserves the right to request for the presentation of documents for verification of age.
3. What happens after I have made a booking?
After successful payment, you will receive an email acknowledgement with booking summary and e-ticket (if applicable).

4. How can I enter Sentosa?
You can enter Sentosa by the Singapore Cable Car – Mount Faber Line. Cable car tickets can be purchased from HarbourFront Tower 2. You can also drive or take public transport and enter Sentosa via the main entrance. Alternatively, you can take a stroll via Sentosa Boardwalk from VivoCity Exit E.
5. Can the tickets be re-used for another day?
Tickets for cable car rides are only valid for the day it was purchased/redeemed. For attraction tickets, refer to the date of validity on the tickets issued.
6. How much is the tour package?

7. Can a wheelchair user take a Cable Car?
Manual wheelchair users are welcome to take the cable car and alight at any of the cable car stations. There are lifts provided at the stations.
Motorised wheelchairs are not allowed on the cable car due to safety reasons.

The price for each attraction differs. It would be best to check with the staff at the attractions to get the confirmed rate or to find out more about ongoing promotions and discounts available.
9. Where is the beach?
Beaches are located at the Southern parts of Sentosa and they are known as Siloso Beach, Tanjong Beach and Palawan Beach. You can take the Singapore Cable Car – Sentosa Line to Siloso Point Station and take a short walk to Siloso Beach.
10. Is the Sentosa admission ticket valid for a Cable Car ride?
Sentosa admission ticket does not entitle you to a Cable Car ride.
11. Where is the bus station?
The main bus interchange on the island is located at the Beach Station on Siloso beach. There are also many bus stations located around the island to take you to the various attractions (Bus A and Bus B).

13. Do I have to share a cable car with others?
Our cable car cabins are meant for sharing; each cabin can sit up to 8 guests, while each SkyOrb Cabin can sit up to 6 guests.
14. Can I smoke in the cable car?
No. Smoking is not allowed in the cabin due to safety reasons.
15. Can I eat in the cable car?
Light snacks and drinks can be consumed inside the cable car. Please do help keep our cabins clean by removing your litter when you alight.
16. Why are there so many types of cable car tickets available?
Singapore Cable Car Sky Network consists of 2 lines, namely the Mount Faber Line and the Sentosa Line. The Mount Faber Line runs from Mount Faber to Sentosa while the Sentosa Line is an intra-island cableway and is available within Sentosa.
For purchase of:
- Cable Car Sky Pass – entitles you to ride on both the Mount Faber Line and the Sentosa Line
- Mount Faber Line – entitles you to ride on the Mount Faber Line only (runs on mainland Singapore). Stations are Mount Faber, HarbourFront, and Sentosa.
- Sentosa Line – entitles you to ride on the Sentosa Line only (within Sentosa) stations are Sensoryscape, Imbiah Lookout, and Siloso Point.

There is a total of 4 different Cable Car Sky Dining experiences:
- Deluxe Dining in the Skies – A premium 4-course menu offering mains such as beef short rib and Maine lobster. 4-course includes a starter, soup, main course & dessert
- Private Dining in the Skies – A lighter option of the Deluxe Dining in the Skies menu. 2-course includes a main course & dessert.
- Champagne Cabin – A bottle of champagne and a delectable tapas snack platter.

2. How can I make a reservation for Cable Car Sky Dining?
You can book a Cable Car Sky Dining experience online at www.mountfaberleisure.com or visit the ticketing counters at HarbourFront or Mount Faber Peak to make reservations (latest by 12 noon) on the same day of dining.
3. How long does the Cable Car Sky Dining experience take?
The Stardust Cabin will take you on a 2-round journey on the cable car which will take approximately 1 hour. Guests will commence their dining experience at Arbora (30mins) where the Appetiser, soup and welcome drink will be served. After which, the guest will have their main course and dessert onboard the Cable Car (60mins).
The Champagne Cabin, Singapore Flavours and Sky-High Bento Cabin will take you on a 2-round journey on the cable car. This will take approximately 1 hour.
4. What is the cost for the Cable Car Sky Dining experience?
The Deluxe Dining in the Skies Cabin is a 4-course set menu for 2 persons and priced at $138++ per person.
The Private Dining in the Skies Cabin is a 2-course set menu for 2 persons and priced at $98++ per person.
The Champagne Cabin offers a tapas platter with a bottle of Champagne for up to 4 persons and priced at $268++ per cabin.
5. Will Cable Car Sky Dining continue in rainy weather?
In the event of inclement weather or any other unforeseen circumstances that may arise, Mount Faber Leisure Group reserves the right to offer a different dining venue or to reschedule the dining date.

7. Can I postpone my reservation if I cannot make it on the day?
Yes, you will be extended a complimentary one-time change to your reservation date. A written e-mail has to be sent to [email protected] 24 hours prior to the original reservation date, to confirm the new reservation date.
8. Is it possible to go to the washroom halfway during the Cable Car Sky Dining?
For the best experience, you are encouraged to visit the washroom before boarding.
9. Do children (below 12 years) have to pay for the same price?
Kid’s meal is at $38 nett.
Applicable for children from 6 – 12 years old. Children below 6 years old need not order the kid’s meal.
10. Is the food Halal?
No, we are not Halal-certified, however we do have a Halal-Indian vegetarian option available from our Halal-certified kitchen.
11. What is the type of food served?
Deluxe Dining in the Skies offers a 4-course set menu with premium ingredients such as Beef Short Ribs and Maine Lobster.
Private Dining in the Skies offers a 2-course set menu with premium ingredients such as Beef Short Ribs and Maine Lobster.
The Champagne Cabin offers a Modern European platter with champagne.

12. Where do I board for my Cable Car Sky Dining experience?
Cable Car Sky Dining will commence at Mount Faber Cable Car Station. Please present your Cable Car Sky Dining e-ticket for registration and verification purposes.
13. What items are prohibited onboard the Singapore Cable Car?
a. Flammable materials like liquids, gases, ionised and non-ionised lithium batteries; and devices that contain flammable materials such as Motorized Personal Mobility devices and electric scooters
The transportation of flammable materials such as liquid, gases, batteries (non-ionized/ionized lithium batteries) carries an inherent risk of sudden ignition.
b. Helium balloons
The string from a loose helium balloon may pose a risk of being entangled with the cable car rope system.
We seek your cooperation in ensuring a safe and pleasant experience for all guests. Do approach our staff at the boarding platform if you have any questions or require any assistance.
14. Can I bring my own cake or wine for dinner?
No outside food and drinks are allowed. You may bring your own wine and champagne with a corkage charge of $35++. No hard liquor is allowed during Sky Dining.
Cakes can be pre-ordered when you make your sky dining purchases online OR 3 working days prior to your dining date.
15. Do I have to pay for any extra beverage I request for?
Yes, you will be required to pay for the extra beverage according to the prices reflected in the drink’s menu.
16. Which station should I alight from after my dinner?
Alighting is only permitted at Mount Faber Cable Car Station. You may take the cable car to the HarbourFront Cable Car Station thereafter.
17. Can I book through the phone to reserve the Cable Car Sky Dining experience ?
No, we do not take phone bookings. If you are interested, you may book online or visit any one of the ticketing counters to fill up a form and make payment (latest by 12 noon) on the same day of dining.
18. I don’t have a credit card. Can I pay by cash?
Yes. you may pay by cash or NETS. If you do not have a credit card, you will have to pay for the Cable Car Sky Dining experience in advance at HarbourFront or Mount Faber ticketing counters for confirmation.
19. Are there vegetarian menus available for Cable Car Sky Dining?
Yes, there are vegetarian options for both the Stardust Cabin & Singapore Flavours Cabin. It will be priced according to the selected Cable Car Sky Dining experience. Alternatively, there is a Halal-Indian vegetarian option prepared at our Halal-certified kitchen, which would require a 1-week advance booking.
20. What time do I have to arrive for my Cable Car Sky Dining experience?
Recommended boarding time is between 5:30PM to 6:00PM. If you arrive after 6:30PM, you may have your dining duration shortened by 1 round.
21. What happens if I am coming from other cable car stations?
Please show your Cable Car Sky Dining e-ticket to our Attraction Host at the cable car station and they will assist you.
22. Can I bring my children along with me in a dining cabin?
Yes, we have a kid’s menu available. Do enquire for the menu.
Do note that each cabin for the cable car dining experience can only take up to 2 pax.
23. Can I purchase two different menus for Cable Car Sky Dining?
Our Cable Car Sky Dining cabins are designed to serve one type of menu per cabin. There is strictly no mix and match of menus in a dining cabin.
24. What is the number of diners allowed per cabin?
Cable Car Sky Dining allows a maximum capacity of 2 – 4 pax per dining cabin, depending on the product.
25. It is a birthday celebration; can I bring my own balloons and birthday cake?
For your safety, and in compliance with regulations by the authorities, helium balloons and any flammable items including birthday candles are strictly not allowed in the cabin.
However, we can prepare a cake for the occasion on your behalf. You will find the cake selection on the top-up page during your online purchase.

1. Can I exchange dishes between the two menus without any top-up cost?
Yes, as long as the exchange is for items of the same value. Requesting a change in the cooking method is also possible with no additional top-up cost.
2. Can the dining package be booked with the garden?
The garden is an optional add-on to the dining package.
3. Can Dusk Restaurant & Bar be booked as a wedding venue?
Unfortunately, Dusk Restaurant & Bar is not available as a wedding venue due to its al fresco nature and lack of wet weather alternatives.
4. Do you have hotel stays included in the package?
We are a standalone wedding venue and do not have hotel rooms nor partnerships with hotels however there are numerous hotels in close proximity, including on Sentosa Island.
5. What if it rains and I have a garden solemnisation?
The solemnisation will be moved into your dining reception venue and guests will be seated according to the banquet seating arrangement. The solemnisation set up can be prepared in advance and as long as weather is clear, we can proceed with the arrangements within 30 minutes of notice.

7. Is parking available on premises?
Valet only parking is available on the premises for up to 60 cars, on a first come, first serve basis. The parking spaces are shared with event and F&B venues.
8. Is there public parking available at Mount Faber Peak?
Yes, there are public carparks at Mount Faber Peak.
9. Are cable car rides available for event guests?
Yes, we can provide a percentage of complimentary round trip tickets based on your confirmed guests’ numbers from HarbourFront to Mount Faber Peak. These complimentary tickets are considered transport only with no access to Sentosa. If you wish to have round trip tickets with access to Sentosa included, this can be purchased at the ticketing counter at prevailing rates . Please note the cable car operating hours in advance.
10. Do you allow external catering/ vendors?
External caterers or vendors are not allowed on our premises.
11. Can I bring my own wedding cake?
Yes, however it may be subject to additional charges for the cutting and service of the cake. Indemnity forms need to be endorsed and an invoice from the vendor needs to be provided for the cake to be brought in.
12. Do you have suggested vendors for photography?
Yes, we have suggested vendors for photography, videography, live-streaming and Zoom and we will be happy to share their details with you.
13. Do you have suggested vendors for flowers?
We work closely with our in-house florist and fresh flowers are included in every wedding package. We have a range of themes available. If you require more than the standard packages, we can refer you to our florist who can assist further.
14. Can I bring in my own florist to enhance the floral arrangements for my wedding lunch or dinner?
Yes, you are able to bring in your own florist to enhance the floral arrangements. Please inform us of how the enhancements will look like ahead of time.
15. Can I organise a photoshoot/videoshoot or fly a drone at your premises?
a.Drone/Unmanned Aircraft
Flying of unmanned aircraft should comply with the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore’s guidelines for Operator Permit and/or Activity Permit.

No, the pricing reflected is exclusive of 10% service charge and prevailing Goods and Services Tax.

We do provide a specially decorated model cake for ceremonial cake-cutting purposes and photographs, as part of your wedding package, however real cakes are not included.
18. Do you have a bridal/powder room?
Yes, both the Private Dining Room and Ballroom comes with a designated powder room, with air-conditioning, a mirror, dressing table and lighting, included in the package.
19. Can I do an event/proposal at the Mount Faber Peak vicinity?

20. Can I bring in my own wedding gifts?
Yes, you will be able to bring in your own wedding gifts if preferred, but we would appreciate it if you could inform us of the type of gifts ahead of time.

1. How do I enjoy my card privileges?
If you are holding on to one of our partners cards, you can either key in the partner’s code or obtain the URL from our partners’ page to enjoy the promotional items.
Please be ready to present proof of eligibility for partner’s promotional items by presenting documents such as membership card/ credit card/ promotion card for verification purpose at the point of entry into the attraction or ticketing counter. SkyHelix Sentosa Reservation Portal
1. Can I use this reservation portal to reschedule my tickets?
Our reservation portal is only for open-dated ticket holders to reserve their date of visit. Guests who are holding onto a dated ticket will not be allowed to reschedule their date of visit to SkyHelix Sentosa.
2. What does an open-dated ticket mean?
An open-dated ticket is:
- A ticket with no fixed date and timeslot (e.g. valid for 90 days ; from 1 July to 30 September)
- A ticket purchased via 3rd party websites such as Klook, KKDay, Globaltix, Partner’s platforms etc.
3. Can I change my date of visit after I have already booked a date on the Reservation Portal?
Only open-dated ticket holders are allowed to change their date of visit. Open-dated ticket holders are only allowed to change their date of visit up to 1 day before their reserved date. (i.e. if ticket has been reserved previously for 18 November 2022, guest must reschedule their tickets no later than 17 November 2022 – 1 day before the actual date).
Guest can reschedule their date of visit as long as there are seats available.
4. What documents do I need to bring with me to SkyHelix Sentosa on my day of visit?
Please kindly bring along your email confirmation sent via this Reservation Portal as well as your valid e-ticket (with QR code) for verification and entry.
5. The ticket code I entered returned an error and I am unable to proceed. How should I proceed?

6. I have a SkyHelix Sentosa ticket which I purchased over at Sentosa’s ticketing counter/ Sentosa’s website but I am unable to book my date of visit via the reservation portal.

7. I can only see 1 time slot on the Reservation Portal. Does it mean I can only visit SkyHelix Sentosa during this time?
The time slot reflected allows guests to visit SkyHelix Sentosa any time during our operating hours from 10am onwards. The last boarding is at 9.15pm. Boarding is on a first-come, first-served basis. Guests who arrive after the last boarding time will not be allowed on the ride.

1. How long does the ride last?
One ride lasts for approximately 12 minutes, including the time it takes for the ride to ascend and descend. Guests will enjoy 10 minutes of breathtaking views while at the apex.
2. What is the minimum age requirement?
There is no minimum age requirement for SkyHelix Sentosa, but guests must be at least 1.05m tall. Children under 12 years old need to be accompanied by an adult.
3. Will there be any timed tickets?
No, guests can visit SkyHelix Sentosa any time during our operating hours from 10am onwards. The last boarding is at 9.15pm and boarding is on a first-come, first-served basis. Guests who arrive after the last boarding time will not be allowed on the ride. Waiting time is expected as each ride can only accommodate 16 pax per round.
4. What is the maximum number of guests per ride?
SkyHelix Sentosa can accommodate a maximum of 16 guests per ride.
5. Can I organise a photoshoot/videoshoot or fly a drone at your premises?
